This tutorial introduces UX and service designers to User Story Mapping – a very practical method for mapping out user tasks and journeys, which works well for multi-disciplinary teams collaborating on the same service or digital product design. It’s particularly useful if you work with Agile development teams as it provides a format designers, developers and product owners are all comfortable with and can work from.
